Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs – juicy, golden, and packed with flavour! These little bites are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with Parmesan, herbs, and garlic for the ultimate savoury, cheesy goodness. They make the perfect appetiser to nibble on with drinks, or you can serve them as part of a meal – either way, they’re guaranteed to be a hit!
I served them with my Easy Romesco Sauce, and wow, what a combo! The tangy, smoky, and slightly sweet sauce balances beautifully with the rich, cheesy chicken meatballs, making them even more irresistible. Of course, you could also serve them with a classic marinara or a creamy garlic dip, but I highly recommend trying the Romesco twist!
The recipe for these chicken Parmesan meatballs comes from fellow pincher Pinch of Yum and it’s an absolute keeper. The best part? They’re baked instead of fried, which means less mess but still plenty of crispy, golden perfection. The trick is to bake them at a high temperature so they get that delicious, slightly crispy edge while staying juicy inside.

Serve them as a party snack, a fun appetiser, or a main dish with a side of pasta, salad, or roasted veggies. However you enjoy them, these Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs are bound to become a favourite!
