Did you know Hot Cocoa and Hot Chocolate are two different drinks? Hot Cocoa is made with cocoa powder, milk and sugar, that’s how my grandmother used to make it. Hot Chocolate is literally that: chocolate melted in cream, milk or water. Today I made hot chocolate, I used milk and of course a dollop of whipped cream. Wow that was ridiculous, I literally had to rest for a bit after finishing it, but what else are Sundays for!
